Sunni DeGracia

Sunni DeGracia is originally from Ohio but relocated to Florida in 2000.  She attended the University of Central Florida, graduating in 2008 and 2010 with degrees in Criminal Justice and Legal Studies. In 2015, Sunni received her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, where she was a member of the Student Bar Association, Student Animal Legal Defense Fund, Florida Association for Women Lawyers, Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity, and participated in the Stephen R. Booher American Inns of Court.

Sunni is admitted to practice in all State Courts and Federal Courts in Florida and has spent a majority of her legal career practicing in the area of insurance litigation.  She has experience in litigating a variety of insurance claims that included first and third-party property damage claims, bad faith claims, and Personal Injury Protection (PIP)/No-Fault claims. She also has experience practicing in the areas of condominium law, negligence, and general civil litigation.

Sunni lives in Lakeland with her husband, Javier, and her three dogs, Dexter, Vienna, and Porter.   In her free time, she enjoys running, weightlifting, and spending time with her friends and family.
