4 Awesome things about Suncoast Voices for Children

We believe in the work that Suncoast Voices for Children are tirelessly doing day after day. They do so much good work, providing for the unmet physical, psychological, educational, and social needs of abused, abandoned, and neglected children in foster care in Pinellas and Pasco Counties.

They believe the children are our future – and we think they’re doing a wonderful job. Here are 4 awesome ways that they’re making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children.

  1. One of the most important jobs that they proudly carry out is assisting foster kids to build relationships with extended family and the community.
  2. Suncoast Voices for Children help to reduce the risk of poverty and homelessness in the future for children
  3. The charity provides direct support for abused and neglected children to meet the needs that are not being met anywhere else
  4. They work with the Sheriff’s Department Child Protection Investigators, Case Managers, and Guardians Ad Litem to keep kids out of the dependency system, meet their needs while in the system, and give them what they need to succeed once outside the system.

Some impressive stats for you:

  • 4,326 kids were helped in the 2020/2021 year
  • $4,000,000 raised since 2004
  • 100% of requests within their mission are met

Our community counts

Don’t you think that if you have power, you should use it for good? Jim and Kelly-Ann Jenkins think so. They established Jenkins Law to help people in our community, and that’s exactly what keeps pushing them forward, year after year.

It’s all about being there when it counts – that’s what we see in Suncoast Voices for Children, so we knew that their work was something that we wanted to support.

Our community, and everyone in it, matters to us.

The team is here to help those who deserve justice, and we can help you too.
